Transforming a business vision into a high-performance digital ecosystem - solo-engineered, end-to-end.

The Challenge

Shrish Group - a multi-brand company running Shrish Travels and Shrish Association - needed a unified, professional online presence to replace slow-loading, disparate web assets. The goal: boost credibility, improve UX, and build a scalable platform for future growth.

The Solution

I engineered a full-scale digital transformation: rapid prototype to prove the concept, then a live multi-site platform with:

  • A mobile-first, responsive design for a seamless user journey.
  • Strategic subdomains for brand consistency (e.g., travels.shrishgroup.com).
  • Programmatic SEO, Google Analytics, and WhatsApp API integration.
  • Automated booking flows and scalable content architecture.
